What is it like to work at MAC?
We are a company that is growing very fast. This can be very scary as much as it is very exciting. It requires people to adapt and change very quickly. Patience is the key with the determination to bring the success to the company as one TEAM.
We want people to bring their ideas on table and voice the Risks but come with solutions.
Can you comment on the company culture?
Mostly MAC Culture feels like ; it is currently shifting/changing into a right direction where it is more diverse and welcoming new ideas.
Family Culture where your voice can be heard.
We have also many cultures, many back grounds, ethnicities, different experience levels across all areas.
What do you like about your job?
I love working with Richard, from the moment of my first interview, where I have raised my career pathway and reason of considering MAC, we have worked very closely to develop the department. I have learned a lot from him, and I feel I have a lot to learn. When an employee feels that they have a lot to learn from their line manager, they trust and respect more. I am also trying my very best to continue this with in my team to ensure everyone is supported, listened to and given opportunities.
What are the challenges?
We have many challenges coming our way. We did not have the right expertise in house to grow but this is changing. We are gaining more external experiences in the right departments. This will be a huge success to deliver services.
