What is it like to work at MAC?

When I think about MAC so far, the first words that come to my head are human first, active organisation and transparent communication. MAC is an excellent example of how a working community can balance between considering patients and employees with empathy, and between offering a well organised dynamic. This is for me a proof that MAC’s culture sees in each employee a unique opportunity for professional growth.

What do you like about your job?
My manager is very empowering and she cares about every team member equally. The rest of the employees are always caring also, which motivates me to do even further for them too.
